A recognized industry veteran in the Insurance Sector, has an entrepreneur heart of his own. After establishing his own company during college, that he successfully merged and sold in his early twenties, it brought him into the Real Estate Community where he emerged as a top producing Title Representative. After consecutive President’s Circle awards for achieving top tier revenue growth, Justin received an opportunity to move into senior management with a National Underwriter. As a young Regional Sales Manager which inevitably evolved into a Division President role, Justin took a struggling operation to profitability over a six-year term. Over his six-year tenure, Justin grew top line revenue by 300% while expanded the company’s footprint from two to six offices respectively, all while managing profitability, before his departure. Justin started to plan a transition when the entrepreneurial fire ignited once again, to build a legacy of his own rooted by three generations of realtors preceding him.
Naturally, Justin returned home to Intero Real Estate Services in Los Gatos, Ca. Born in raised in Los Gatos, the familiarity of the market not only brought comfort but also an advantage to his clientele. More importantly, the name Moles is synonymous, not only in the Real Estate Community but within the Intero Family. Bob Moles, Justin's father, was the Chairman and Founder of Intero Real Estate, alongside Gino Blefari, John Thompson and Tom Tognoli circa 2002.
Natalie and Justin met in the Real Estate Community in 2016 and it did not take long to walk down the aisle in May of 2019. The Moles have a two-year-old son and welcomed a daughter in July 2022. A devoted father and husband, Justin enjoys each morning walking his son to daycare prior to starting his day. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fitness training, traveling and concerts. The Moles Family enjoy community events for the the family at Almaden Country Club.
Danielle graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Education. Drawing from years of experience as an educator, Danielle understands how to listen and ensures her client needs are heard and met. She strives to deliver elite customer service to clients whether they are looking for a first home, an investment property, a forever home or anything in between. Danielle's strong communication skills, coupled with her detailed-oriented and proactive personality, makes her a perfect fit for clients.
In her free time Danielle enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time in Lake Tahoe with her husband and two children.
Danielle is full-time realtor servicing San Jose, Willow Glen, Cambrian, the Rose Garden, Campbell, Santa Clara, Almaden, and parts of the Peninsula.
