ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units) have become a hot topic over the past few years. As politicians scramble to find ways to increase housing, with only so much land readily available in Silicon Valley, they have had to come up with strategic ways to offer housing to the ever-increasing population.
As 2024 kicks off, two New Laws AB 1033 and AB 976 have made owning an ADU that much more advantageous.
